This is a kit I purchased from Radical Rc( http://www.radicalrc.com/shop/ ) in Dayton Ohio. It looks beautiful and has some amazing features. The wings warp in place of individual ailerons, the model is very scale, and all of the electronics are fairly cheep. I got this kit on a Monday, ordered parts on Tuesday, got the parts on friday and had the airframe built within the week. This is a very labor intensive kit, so if you have a lot of time it would be good for you. You have to stain all of the wood( i recomend doing this before removing the parts from the sheets), form the wings, bolt together the wing frame pieces and rubber band the wings on. The wings are made of a depron foam that is very sturdy and wont get mashed in a crash. when you form the wings you need to be careful that your heat gun isnt too hot or you will damage the foam. The kit is all 1/8 in laser cut hobby ply wood. I used a minwax stain on all of the parts which gave it a maple color.
I used a heat gun to make the wings shape around the ribs with rubber bands on top.

After the maiden flight I got my dad to film for me. I didnt feel comfortable with a hand launch so I brought my skateboard with me to use as a launch vehicle. I plan on making one that is much more refined in the future but it worked well. The maiden flight was really stressful because I have put about 80 hours of work into this plane. Here is the final product in flight.

Seriously, beautiful work and she looks great in the air. I especially like your launching trolley.
Well done.

My point some people try to discourage others so they wont have to see change or put them out of business... others tell you how yo capitalize on a situation, and others fail to see the potential or future of their discovery.
