Balancing your props is one of the most important steps you can take to ensuring your R/C multirotor or airplane flies smoothly.
By adding or removing tape, you can balance the blades of your prop. Balancing the blades is only one part of a completely balanced prop. The hub of your prop also needs balanced.
Your prop should stay in position anywhere on the prop balancer and not move. Once you balance your blades, you will want to balance the hub. An easy trick is to use hot glue on your prop hub to add weight and completely balance your props.
If you don't have a prop balancer here's a good option, this is the brand that we use:
Top Flite Power Point Propeller Balancer

Great tip though. I always used cyano and a kicker to balance prop hubs, and that often took several applications to get the balance right. Hot glue is heavier.
Thank you.
