Bixler 2 Upgrades

I have finaly bought the Bixler 2. These are some modifications and some tips to make the Bixler 2 more fun.

Here are the modifications.

The first modification I did was I taped the servos on the wings because at my park the grass gets quite wet in the mornings and I did not want the servos getting ruined.

The second modification I did was that since the Bixler 2 does not come with clevis locks, I used small zip ties to prevent the clevis from getting loose.

The third modification was that I taped the belly of the plane with strong packaging tape so the foam would not get dirty and dented.

Pilot Josh Bixler because HobbyKing made this plane after him.

I made the Bixler 2 have more colour to it because the underside of the wings do not have any decals. The most simple way of making strips would be to paint masking tape then just place it on. I find this the most easiest way because you can remove it and put different colours.

Best part of the Bixler 2 is that I made my own bomd drop with a 9 gram servo with plywood and a screw.

Hi I thought that it would be a great idea to buy a Bixler 2 (ARF) from EU warehouse.
What I wanted to ask is if there is someone who can tell me which ESC from the EU warehouse will I need ( A link would be helpfull) and also if there are any connectors necessary that i could find in the EU warehouse.

These are great planes indeed.
I've been enjoying flying mine in LOS and also with my FPV gear installed.
