A Closer Look

This F-15 has a durable airframe made from EPO. This has a magnetic hatch and nose cone along with bolt-on wings for both easy access to your electronics and ease of transportation/storage.

It also has a sweet-looking paint job.

On the BNF version, which comes with a Spektrum receiver, you get all the add-ons you'd expect from a locked-in E-Flite airplane. Of course, we're talking about AS3X and SAFE Select (which can be turned off).

You can customize your experience with optional fixed landing gear which includes a steerable nose wheel. You can leave the landing gear off for improved performance, though, and better in-flight aesthetics. Just make sure you land it on a forgiving surface!

You also have the option to install or leave off the wing-mounted drop tanks and missiles depending on the look and handling you prefer. Tailor it to what you want the airplane to fly and look like!

Who's it for?

We think this plane would be a great third plane, or maybe even a second airplane if you get it with AS3X and SAFE. Indeed, it's fast, but these features will surely make the experience forgiving - a hand launch, for example, is shown to be a breeze with the stabilization toggled on. For the RC pilot who loves military jets, this one is surely a must-have.
