Gremlins vs Sea Duck

Flying some tiny quads around a giant foamboard airplane. What could be more fun?

Our tag line for the Gremlins is: “It’s about the fun!” We are so impressed with how much fun everyone has been having flying, crashing, racing and building Gremlins. They are a blast! We told everyone that the Gremlin concept is something that we are going to be investing in for a long time, so here are some quick updates:

The delrin frames are excellent and we haven't had any break and only minimal customers breaking them. If they happen to break we cover the replacement so shoot a picture, story and address to our email and we will replace it. With that said, carbon fiber isn't needed but if you want a lighter, nearly indestructible Gremlin frame this is it. Plus, they're beautiful!  

If you have a dream of seeing your designed frame in carbon don't forget to share your design with us! We’d also like to put 3D print designs on the product page for others to download.

Upcoming and New Components

The Gremlin staple is the Emax power pack, which provides a great flight experience for all skill levels. In the future we will be offering a more customizable Gremlin experience. Not only will you be able to choose your frame but also a selection of electronics. The baby red-bottoms are coming soon! Check out our thoughts on them here! Although they are still in the very early stages of production we will be getting them and the tiny bullet ESC's allow us to change up a build to allow up to 4s.

The stock props are optimized for the current motor but we are also testing some HQ prop alternatives to carry on the store. As soon as we are happy with them, we will add them!

Not only will you be able to choose different motors and ESC's, but we will also be testing some 20x20 mounting flight controllers/stacks from various manufacturers.
