To the FliteTest Community,
Ashton is finished, and with the excitement of the best plane to come out of the program, he is wanting more! This weeks episode features maiden flights of the finalized MF-15 Eagle. Last week we tested the prototype and it performed amazingly, there were minor cockpit adjustments to the plans only. All this week Ashton and Marshall prepared the planes for action, creating a build video of two different approaches on how to build the plane. Ashton created the Eagle with Elvrons in the back by manipulating the Elevator and leaving alone the Ailrons. Marshall used all three control surfaces for higher performance. We also go in more detail on how to install the servos, forming the nose cone, and more. This episode will air next week for you all to watch if you choose to make this plane.
The Eagle flies very true and to scale, Ashton had no problem flying the plane under the guidance of Mr. T. With his setup it was virtually impossible to roll the plane, making it a lot easier for Ashton to follow the orientation during flight. The basic power setup for all our planes will work with the plane, to see more specifications:
