Warrenup Escapade

A weekend escape to Warrenup, Albany to see Dad (Lins) with the kids and cousin Tye. See the Bixler 2, Walrus and QR X350 Pro all in action together. Watch as Lins showcases his CROWS setup on his HK Walrus and Tye shows off some of his skills with the HK Bixler 2, two epic all round RC aircraft.

Lins has gone to alot of effort to set up a full 'CROWS' system on his HK Walrus using his Spektrum DX9. This baby lands on a dime!

Just because Lins is recovering from his 'foot' operation does not mean he's gonna let his Grandson Harry give him any curry! 

If you want a good 'all rounder' you're hard pressed to get much better than the HK Walrus.

Two A Class RC pilots here in action. Both Tye and Linds know exactly what they are doing and both know how to fly the pants on an aircraft. Tye is brilliant with his HK Bixler 2 and Lins is a master with his HK Walrus. 

Here in Oz, any chance you get, you try and chase a roo, and there was no way Tye was going to let this one go ..... not even the ground was going to stop him!

Watch as Linds brings the HK Walrus in and just drops her into a sweet landing using the CROWS.

Not to be out done, Tye stills brings his HK Bixler 2 in for a very nice short field landing ...... With Jas and his X350P ever watchful.
