Other than RC I enjoy disc golf, 3D printing, rock climbing, PC gaming, electronics projects, computer programming, woodworking and just generally building and working with my hands.

My name is Tyler Kenepp and I'm a Web Developer at ipsoCreative in Akron, Ohio. I'm 24 and have a beautiful wife and a derpy puggle, life is pretty good! I've just picked up the hobby after first seeing the Helicarrier video last year and seeing that FliteTest was filming at The University of Akron where I was going to school for Computer Science. I thought it was really neat and that was kinda it. I actually stumbled back upon them when I was researching brushless motors to put into a Nerf Blaster. I found their beginner series and really liked the way they presented information and it helped me understand what I was getting into much better. Then a few months ago another of their videos popped up on my Youtube feed that looked interesting so I watched it and a few others at which point I realized they were based out of Canton, Ohio about 20 minutes from where I grew up! I've had a small interest in the hobby as well as general aviation for a while but never did anything about it, it always seemed so expensive and inaccessible. I had a few toy quads from Toys'R Us and they were fun but I never got into the hobby grade stuff. After watching FliteTest's videos and seeing how much fun they had and how accessible the hobby really is I was hooked!
