FPV Starchser build part 2-Graphics

Hello Everyone,

Well, I have finally finished the graphics and video for part 2 of the Starchaser build! I feel that I must explain to everyone why it took so long to get the graphics out. When I presented my first video, I was well on my way working on the second video. The very next day after the first video came out I was able to pick up a full time job in graphic design and I no longer had as much time as I did. However, I continued to work on this project in my spare time and I am very relieved that it is finally done!

The video is done in the same format as the previous video, in that you will be able to pause the steps as you build. I have shown how I have installed my FPV gear and electronics, but the design will give you the ability to install your gear how you see fit. You will notice that the graphics in the video was done in yellow and not the red stripes as in the first two videos, but it was only an experiment and the final graphics are still done in red. I also changed the part of the graphic with my name and just put in "FPV Starchaser by Mafco Designs". I did however leave the five "victories" on the sides making the pilot an ace!

I was having some issues with the graphics files themselves in that when I tried to save it as a pdf it was coming out a reduced size. The graphic is in one big sheet and I was able to print mine out at Staples for around seven dollars. The files now are jpegs with their own URLs to retain their original size.

I really enjoyed coming up with this design and hope that everyone has a lot of success building the FPV Starchaser!

Best regards,

Mike Flores, Mafco Designs.

Hi liuchang1986, CG is going to be 2 and a half to 3 inches from the leading edge. I check the balance by holding it from the cockpit around the area where the CG is instead of flipping it upside down like you would do on a standard low wing aircraft. I will also make it slightly nose heavy rather than perfectly balanced because the canards will help to lift the nose up. Best of luck with your flight!!!
